Lori completed an extensive training and teaching course through Body Arts and Science International, which is headquartered in Los Angeles. Being an athlete, Lori likes a challenging workout, while also enjoying the therapeutic benefits that Pilates offers. Lori is sensitive to the needs of each individual client and tailors each session to her clients' goals and bodies.
Tiffany Loos, Studio Manager, Certified Pilates Instructor
Despite a more traditional career background in management, Tiffany has always been involved in ballet and health/nutrition. These interests led her to practice and teach yoga for years and to eventually get her massage therapy license. Having many chronic injuries that have not responded to other therapies over the years, Tiffany finally sought out Pilates. This practice has brought balance to all areas of her life - physically, mentally, and emotionally - and has begun to heal her body. Her love of this work led her to complete a teaching certification through Body Arts and Science, headquartered in California. Tiffany has been searching for Pilates for a long time, not knowing just what she needed until she stumbled upon it. It will be part of the rest of her life, and she hopes to continue sharing with others what she has learned and continues to learn.Adrienne Felder , Certified Pilates Instructor
Adrienne began to expand her interest in Pilates in 2003, at the University of North Carolina School of the Arts, where she was striving towards a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Contemporary Dance. Pilates was fundamental to her dance conditioning and curriculum, where she also enjoyed anatomy, physiology and nutrition courses. After an ankle injury, she found that STOTT PILATES® was the best rehabilitation for both body and mind. Not only did this form of exercise optimize better alignment and muscle tone, it also left her feeling revitalized. Adrienne is a fully certified STOTT PILATES®Instructor, having received her training at two STOTT PILATES training studios: Pilates Training Center Hawaii and Body Mind Design of Dallas, Texas.

Cynthia Shepherd , Certified Pilates Instructor
Cynthia started Pilates in 1999 because she was overweight, overmedicated, and in pain. She was told that she needed hip surgery and wanted to avoid surgical intervention if possible. At that time she felt that every action or reaction in her Pilates practice seemed to take so much effort. Now she feels capable of dealing with any challenge that she encounters. Cynthia has a Bachelors degree in Education and is certified to teach Pilates through the Core Connections program at the Pilates Center of Austin. She hopes to help her clients feel their own empowerment and potential. Each small gain adds to the picture the client is painting...and the sky is the limit. She feels that her role as an instructor is to guide the client toward their goals with education, insight, and encouragement.Kathleen McCormick, Certified GYROTONIC® Instructor
A 23-year career as a flight attendant left Kathleen with chronic low back problems which were helped in part by therapy, treatment, and rehab, but which always returned...usually with a vengeance. She discovered the Gyrotonic Expansion System in New York in the 90's. After an early retirement, she began her studies to become a Gyrotonic teacher, studying in New York with renowned Master Trainer Sebastian Plettenberg. Kristen began practicing Pilates as a dance student at Mills College in Oakland, California. She was enthralled and enlightened by the way Pilates informed her dancing and movement throughout the day. After receiving her Bachelors degree in dance, Kristen moved to Toronto, Ontario where she spent one year earning her certification at the Stott Pilates International Certification Center. Once certified, Kristen hurried back to Austin to begin her career in mind body education. She focuses on her client’s individual needs and believes Pilates should be fun, challenging, and educational.Lori Levy , Certified Pilates Instructor
Shelene Windham , Certified Pilates Instructor
Shelene moved to Austin in 1996 from Southern California with her husband and three children. She spent some time deciding if she wanted to pursue her career as a make-up artist when she discovered Pilates. She had always been interested in health and fitness and was a personal trainer in the 1980’s. Her joints were stiff and compressed. She had a tight back, bad knees, stiff neck etc. As many of us do, she completely ignored her core. When she started Pilates she was amazed at how her body was feeling and she had more energy. In a short period of time she had developed core strength and flexibility.
Shelene received her Pilates certification through the Physicalmind Institute to teach mat classes and then went on to receive her certification through the Pilates Center of Austin. She continued her Pilates education by becoming certified as a Power Pilates instructor through New York. Shelene believes exercise should leave you feeling exhilarated rather than exhausted. She enjoys helping others learn about their bodies and appreciate fitness as a vital part of life.
