CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Our signature classes are designed to provide well-rounded workout for your week using the STEM-based approach of Reform Pilates. All classes can include a variety of reformer and tower apparatus.
S
Strong Bones: Experience a bone-strengthening and balance-enhancing workout in the mat tower room. Focus on alignment with weight-bearing exercises while simultaneously strengthening the core, spine, and legs. All levels are welcome.
T
Technique: Our classic reformer class will give you that full-body toning you expect from Pilates.
E
Empower: Start here to build your strength. This class introduces the foundational principles and exercises of the Pilates method, emphasizing core strength, flexibility, and body awareness.
M
Muscle Build: Our most athletic class will give your heart rate—and good vibes—going. Expect jump board, free weights, reformer, TRX®, planks, and some muscle shakes as you find out how strong you really are.
